weight training and cardio classes to help you reach
your fitness goals!
Monday & Wednesday
We offer a weight circuit on Mondays & Wednesdays to
help increase muscle density & fat burn! Check our
calendar to see if we will be in the weight room or in
the Multi Purpose Room (MPR).
Weight Room Workout : A timed weight circuit
using free weights, machines,
balance boards and bands.
MPR Workout : A weight circuit done only with
free weights to music.
Tuesday & Thursday
We offer a cardiovascular circuit on Tuesdays &
Thursdays to increase oxygen uptake, endurance and
calorie burn! Check our calendar to see if we are
outside by the basketball court or in the MPR.
Outdoor Workout : A bootcamp comprised of
athletic drills, strengthening
exercises and plyometrics.
MPR Workout : A cardio class – participant
choice! Options include indoor
bootcamp, step, kickbox or a cardio circuit.
