Lenise has been involved in health and fitness since the age of 4 with a dance background in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, modern and lyrical. In high school, Lenise began running cross country as well as competitive powerlifting.
In addition to teaching dance, group fitness classes and personal training, Lenise was a sport performace intern with Arizona State University and a strength and condition coach at Troy University with a focus on football, basketball, golf, soccer and volleyball.
Lenise currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, a Master of Science in Sport and Fitness Management from Troy University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She also is accredited as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the National Strength and Conditiong Associated, Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified with the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. Her Group Fitness certifications include a Primary Group Fitness Certification and Indoor Cycling Certification with the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, Keiser Cycling Certified, BOSU instructor certified, Pilates Allegro certified instructor and SilverSneakers certified instructor as well as training in kickbox, bootcamp, step and yoga.
